Delivery & Returns


We offer a range of domestic and international delivery methods, so you can select the delivery method that most suits your needs.

We endeavour to dispatch Economy, Standard, and Special Delivery orders the next working day if received before 5pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).

Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays, and that neither Royal Mail, nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.

Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Delivery – Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch. Not available on orders over £120.

Economy Delivery – Order would be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch. Not available on orders over £120.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK non-Mainland) – Order would be expected to arrive next working day after dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed – Your order will be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Saturday. Must be ordered before 2pm Friday.

Please note that if your Standard or Economy order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit. Standard and Economy delivery cannot be reported as lost with the delivery company until 10 working days have elapsed. If you have any questions regarding an Special Delivery or Saturday Guaranteed, please contact us.

International Shipping Options

Standard Airmail – Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Western Europe: 5 working days,
  • Eastern Europe: 7 working days,
  • Worldwide: 10-14 working days

This delivery method is not tracked. Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs.

International Signed for – This service uses the same estimated delivery times as Standard Airmail, but comes with a tracking number allowing for delivery confirmation. This service is insured up to £60.

International Courier (Road)/(Air)– These are courier service, and is fully trackable at every stage of the shipping process. Shipping time will depend on the destination country, please contact us with any questions.

Please note that Harlequins customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the consumer, or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Harlequins in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

Please also be aware that we are not able to ship sealed Magic: the Gathering products to all countries. Single cards, accessories, and sealed products for other games can be shipped worldwide.

Sealed Magic: the Gathering products can only be shipped to the following; EU/EEA Countries, Switzerland, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Israel, Macedonia, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Angola, Mozambique, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia

If you wish to place an order for sealed Magic: the Gathering products to a country not on this list, please contact us before placing your order, as we may not be able to do so.

Free Shipping Offers

Orders Over £20 – Free Economy Delivery within the UK.

Orders Over £120 – UK Mainland – Free Express Delivery.

Orders Over £120 – UK non-Mainland – Orders for £120 or more of goods placed to non-Mainland UK addresses will be eligible for free or discounted Special Delivery or Courier delivery, depending on the weight of the order. Please check the shipping calculator on the Shopping Basket page for the exact costs of both delivery methods for your order.

Please note that all shipping offers only apply to orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom. Please be sure to select the appropriate free shipping option when placing a qualifying order.


  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
