Definitions

“Buyer” means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.

“Goods” means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.

“Delivery” means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.

“Consumer” has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Harlequins reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Website Content

Harlequins works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. Harlequins is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more information on the delivery methods available.

Harlequins will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card, or using e-wallet credit, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Harlequins do not assume responsibility for goods that don’t reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Harlequins may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.

Payment

Payment for all orders is taken in full when the order is placed.

Cancellation

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Returns

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.
  • Please contact us if you need to arrange a return.

Liability

Harlequins does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Harlequins will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Pre Order Price Guarantee

The definition of a Pre Order is the sale of an item before it has been released.

The Pre Order Price Guarantee only applies to pre order items from new Magic the Gathering sets.

The release date is the official date of release, set by Wizards of the Coast.

The Guarantee applies only to orders placed on the Harlequins website (www.harlequins-games.co.uk)

The Pre Order Price Guarantee works as follows: If an item that has been pre ordered is cheaper on the release date than at the point the order was placed, the consumer will, subject to the conditions below, receive 125% of that difference in price as store credit, added directly to their Harlequins account.

This store credit will be rounded up to the nearest penny, and will be credited to the account used to place the original pre order.

If a pre order is cancelled and/or refunded, that order will no longer be eligible for the Pre Order Price Guarantee

Store credit is not transferable.

Store credit will be added within 3 weeks (21 days) of the release date.

Pre Order Price Match

The definition of a Pre Order is the sale of an item before it has been released.

Price matching will apply to retail websites of companies based in the United Kingdom, and does not apply to 3rd party seller websites. Examples of these are eBay, Amazon and Play.

The Pre Order Price Match offer applies to specific Magic: the Gathering pre order items. The items covered by this offer are: Booster Box, Intro Pack Set (one of each Intro Pack from the new set), Fat Pack, Duel Deck.

The Pre Order Price Match works as follows: If you place an order on the Harlequins website (www.harlequins-games.co.uk) and are able to find one of the applicable items available for pre order cheaper elsewhere, we will credit your account with 125% of the price difference. For the purposes of this offer, any relevant shipping, handling, or other charges on either site will be taken into account when calculating the price difference.

This store credit will be rounded up to the nearest penny, and will be credited to the account used to place the original pre order.

If a pre order is cancelled and/or refunded, that order will no longer be eligible for the Pre Order Price Match offer.
